Location
Some of our applications (Speedometer, FitClock) use fine location provided by satellites (GPS, BEIDU, GLONAS), to get exact location, and consequently to calculate distance, speed, altitude etc. Every time application listen for location (position), we start notification, and we show when tracking is ON. Files with tracking are stored in your device, in directory StribogKonsult. We store your coordinates, only if you decide to make tracking, or if you set automatic tracking. Coordinates are stored in your device in directory Stribog Konsult. We do not require those files, nor we share them. You can manually share files with coordinates, using third party programs like GMAIL.Personal Information
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. We may also receive a confirmation when you open an email from us.We use your email address (if any depending on your choice) for the following reasons:

Information related to Apps and Apps versions.
We collect information related to which Apps and Apps version(s) you have activated. It makes our Support Team efficiently find out and eliminate technical issues for you.
We will collect the following information:
- Diagnostic information about if and how our applications failed.
- Crash reports, also without any personally identifiable information. These are handled in an anonymized form by third parties, dependent on the platform you are using. Regarding to the sensitive data, we've engineered our systems, to the best of our ability, to eliminate the storage of sensitive data. Exception – storing of your position in GPX files (on your device), during tracking. We stand by our firm commitment to our customers' privacy by not possessing any data related to a user's activities.

Advertising
We offer free, advertising-supported applications to the customers. We work with third-party advertising partners to show ads to the customers who choose our free products.We ensure that we do not target any personal information based on these ads. Although you opt in to use the free, advertising-supported applications, we won't share the advertisers any your personal information or any usage information without your prior consent.
These advertising partners may set and access their own cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies on our products, and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about you which they may collect over time and across different on-line services.
We do not share your position with advertisers without your prior consent.
Applicable Law
As required by any law enforcement agencies, we will turn over protected user information only upon receipt of a valid subpoena, court order, or search warrant. We will notify affected users about any requests for their account information, unless prohibited from doing so by law or court order.Underage Persons
Persons younger than 18 shall not use the our products and provide any personal data to us without the supervision of the parents or guardians. We shall never knowingly collect personal information from persons younger than 18, and shall not disclose such personal data to third parties without the consent. Based on the above, it is presumed that any person using the our products and supplying personal data to us is at least 18 years of age.
